Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack With Care

  Securely pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, cables, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking number for high-value solar components.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the technical integrity of the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
